Important Timing Information

Daytime events must end by 5:00 PM including all cleanup. Caterers typically require 1.5–2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown. Please plan your rental time accordingly. Add-on hours are subject to availability based on evening event schedules. Friday daytime rentals are available January through March. From April to December, Friday daytime events are only available if no evening event is scheduled.

Tables & Seating

Twenty-two 60" round tables, six 6-foot and two 8-foot rectangular tables, 200 white padded chairs included at no extra charge.

Bridal Suite

Private preparation space for the wedding party with elegant furnishings, full-length mirrors, and comfortable seating.

Groom's Quarters

Dedicated space for the groom and groomsmen to relax and prepare before the ceremony.

Ceremony Locations

Multiple stunning ceremony sites including the grand lawn, intimate garden spaces, and elegant indoor options.

Historic Mansion

Exclusive access to Danada House, a beautifully preserved 1939 Georgian-style estate with timeless architectural details.

Ample Parking

Complimentary parking for over 150 vehicles in our well-maintained lot adjacent to the mansion.

Important information to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Food & Beverage

  • All food and beverages must be provided by an approved caterer
  • Caterers provide beverage and bartender services
  • All caterers are licensed and insured per venue requirements
  • Outside caterers are NOT permitted

Clean Up

  • Caterers and vendors must leave venue clean
  • All flowers, rentals, décor, and garbage must be removed
  • Overtime deducted from security deposit
  • No overnight storage available

Prohibited Items

  • No rice, beads, birdseed, petals, or glitter
  • No helium balloons, drones, sparklers, or smoke machines
  • No pyrotechnical devices
  • Candles permitted only in glass cylinders below rim

Reservations & Payment

  • Signed contract and security deposit required (21+ years old)
  • Final payment due 14 days before event
  • $500 cancellation fee if venue is booked at same rate
  • Full deposit retained if date cannot be rebooked

Parking

  • 150 parking spaces available
  • No parking on lawns or in circle drive (except handicapped)
  • East spaces reserved for staff and caterers
  • Valet permitted via licensed vendor; no overnight parking

Non-Smoking Facility

  • Danada House is a non-smoking facility
  • No smoking or vaping indoors (triggers alarms)
  • Use designated outdoor spaces only
  • Venue closes at 1:00 AM
