Daytime Rates
(Up to 75 People) No 2nd Floor or Atrium
Danada House offers a serene, historic setting for daytime events including bridal showers, baby showers, luncheons, corporate gatherings, and more. All daytime rates include exclusive venue access during the listed rental period. Events are hosted between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm, with the option to purchase up to three additional hours (ending by 5:00 pm). Please note that caterers typically require 1.5-2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown. Please plan your rental time accordingly.

Amenities & Equipment
Furniture options include banquet tables (6 ft and 8 ft), round tables (48” and 66”), and cocktail or highboy tables, with an optional selection of 300 banquet chairs and 400 white garden chairs.
Ceremony chairs are available at $1 per chair for indoor use and $3 per chair for outdoor use; outdoor ceremony fees apply even if moved indoors due to inclement weather. Coat check service is available for $250 with a Danada House attendant.
Exclusive venue access includes all indoor spaces, gardens, and parking for up to 150 vehicles. Private bridal and groom suites provide a comfortable space for pre-event preparations, while on-site event staff ensure guest safety and venue integrity.
Danada House Policies
Food & Beverage
Use only approved caterers familiar with the venue. They’re licensed, insured, and can provide food and beverage services, including bartenders.
Cleanup
Your caterer is responsible for cleanup and removing all decor, rentals, and trash before the end of your event. Overtime fees will be deducted from your security deposit. Overnight storage is not available.
Prohibited Items
No rice, beads, glitter, petals, birdseed
No drones, sparklers, helium balloons, smoke machines, or pyrotechnics
Candles must be inside glass containers with flames below the rim
