Refund And Ticket Policy
Danada House sells tickets only for events and programs hosted at our venue. We do not sell physical products through this website. This policy applies to all tickets purchased on danadahouse.org.
All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Change of plans or scheduling conflicts

Illness or personal emergencies

Weather, if the event is still held

Late arrivals or no-shows
If Danada House cancels an event and it is not rescheduled, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket price to the original form of payment. Any third-party processing fees may be non-refundable.
Ticket Transfers
Ticket transfers are determined on an event-by-event basis. Some events may allow you to transfer your ticket to another guest, and others may not.

If transfers are allowed, the event page and/or your confirmation email will clearly state the transfer options and any deadlines.

If no transfer option is listed, tickets for that event are non-transferable.
